Do I need a subscription?
No. Each payment covers one video. There is no subscription, credit balance, or automatic renewal.
What happens after I choose my photo?
Upload a photo and confirm permission to use it. Sign in or create an account, then continue to Stripe to pay. After payment, your order page shows generation progress and the finished download.
What if my video cannot be generated?
If a technical failure prevents us from producing your video, we refund the payment to the original payment method. Your bank determines when the refund appears.
Can I preview my result before paying?
Generation starts after payment. You can watch the examples before choosing a photo. AI can change facial details, clothing, and the scene. An imperfect likeness in a completed video does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Where do I download my video?
Open your order page when generation completes to play and download the MP4. Sign in with the account you used at checkout and open My videos to find it again. Save a copy to your device.
