This policy explains how the independent Bulin 47 AI service handles information when you create a video.
What we collect
We collect your account email, a securely hashed password, your uploaded photo, your consent confirmation, and information about your order and video generation. Your orders are linked to your account. Sign in to view them on another device. Older orders created before accounts were introduced use a browser cookie until you sign in from that browser to link them.
How we use your photo
We use your photo to create the video you request. We send the photo and the freestyle reference to our AI generation provider, Replicate, for processing. AI processing may take place outside your country. Do not upload sensitive documents or photos of people who have not agreed to appear in the video.
Storage and payments
Cloudflare hosts this service and stores uploaded photos, generated videos, and order records. Stripe processes checkout and payment details. We do not receive or store your full card number. Your email is used for your order and payment receipt.
We retain files and order information to deliver your video, resolve problems, and maintain transaction records. You can request deletion of your uploaded photo and generated video using the merchant contact details on your Stripe receipt. Some transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal requirements.
Cookies
We use a necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. We also store session IP addresses and browser information to operate account access and limit repeated login attempts. Stripe may use its own cookies during checkout. Clearing cookies signs you out; signing in again restores access to orders linked to your account.
Optional analytics
If you allow analytics, Google Analytics measures page visits and Microsoft Clarity records how visitors use public pages, including clicks and scrolling. These services may receive device and browser information, IP addresses, and analytics cookies. We keep advertising consent off.
We remove query parameters and fragments from page addresses sent to Google Analytics. We do not send account emails, order references, uploaded photos, or download links as Google Analytics events. Clarity is disabled on account and order pages; upload areas and sign-in forms are masked on public pages.
These services stay off until you accept. Your choice is saved in your browser and applies to our own usage analytics too. Global Privacy Control keeps optional analytics off. Google and Microsoft may process analytics data outside your country under their Google Privacy Policy and Microsoft Privacy Statement.
Your choices
With your analytics permission, we record page visits and actions such as choosing a photo, signing in, opening checkout, viewing an order, and clicking download in our own Cloudflare database. An optional browser cookie connects these actions; signing in links that browser journey to your account. We store limited action details, not your photo, filename, password, or form text in analytics. Choose Allow analytics or Decline, and change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. Declining ends the browser journey and removes its cookie. Order, payment, generation, and refund records are still kept to operate the service.
You can choose not to upload a photo or place an order. To ask about your information or request deletion, contact the merchant using the contact details on your Stripe receipt and include your order reference. Do not send card details.
Photo permissions
Only upload a photo of yourself or an adult who has agreed to appear in the video. We do not accept photos of public figures or children. See our photo rules for details.
